Designed by MMI's Prime Design Studio, the 360-meter tall, eco-friendly, 84-storey, mixed-use tower to be built in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area at the cost of US$480 million will be one of the company’s key real estate investment projects in Kenya - in collaboration with foreign partners. 

The tower will be the headquarters of the Ecclesia Bank Limited, and will also house the International Church Organization and the Global Charity Network. The tower will comprise of the following:

• A state-of-the-art, 750-seat church auditorium.

Design outlook of Kingdom Tower - Nairobi, which will be the headquarters of Ecclesia Bank Limited, International Church Organization and Global Charity Network. The tower will also host extended consulate functions of some foreign governments (education and cultural), and will be one of the most secured highrise buildings in the world.
