Designed by MMI's Prime Design Studio, the 358-meter tall, eco-friendly, 81-storey, mixed-use tower to be built in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area at the cost of US$ 420 million will be one of the company’s key real estate investment projects in Kenya - in collaboration with foreign partners.
The tower will be the headquarters of the Ecclesia Bank Limited, and will also house the International Church Organization and the Global Charity Network. The tower will comprise of the following:
