Statement on Funding

"I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel."

Michael Moyo International is designed to be self-sustaining in its activities, and thus, does not carry out fundraising exercises - except under special circumstances that the Board of Directors deem fit to increase public or community participation, in order to further any of the charity and church support causes.

The company's Investments Division - being the centerpiece of the company - creates the financial pool for the charity and church support programs. However, to supplement budgetary needs, the company also incorporates external funding from partners. 

The general pool of the funds is divided into two categories:

• Charity & Social Welfare Fund (also known as Charity Finance Trust)
• Church Support & Development Fund (also known as Church Finance Trust)

The two will eventually be consolidated to form the Ecclesia Bank Limited; a full-fledged institutional banking establishment under the regulations of the Central Bank of Kenya and the United States Federal Reserve System, and will be tailored on kingdom principles to provide complex financing and advisory functions to church organizations, and also a donor platform to charity entities in developing nations.

The bank will function with the same framework as the World Bank, with bonds in the global capital market, and institutional lending to corporate bodies and governments.
