Kingdom Tower - Upper Hill, Nairobi, is a mixed-use tower comprising 85 floors above ground and 5 basement (underground) floors.

The 360-meter tall, eco-friendly, 84-storey, mixed-use tower to be built in Nairobi’s Upper Hill area at the cost of US$ 457 million will be one of the company’s key real estate investment projects in Kenya - in collaboration with foreign partners. The tower will be the headquarters of the Ecclesia Bank Limited, and will also house the International Church Organization and the Global Charity Network (see Kingdom Tower Homepage).

Prime Design Limited (simply known as Prime Design) is the premier architecture and construction wing of the Michael Moyo International, which handles all matters architecture and construction - mainly for the company's projects - but also provides services to outside clients. The design studio works in collaboration with other architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and others in the building industry to produce exemplary work in the built environment.

Our motivation is to present excellent architectural/construction services and value solutions - from concept to completion of each project. We partner with clients to establish quality and innovative design and construction solutions, while crafting projects with a long-term vision of design and sustainability.
