BUILDING a Resource Base Through Investments

BUILDING Lives Through Charity and Social Welfare

BUILDING the Body of Christ by Supporting the Church

About Us

Founded in 2013, Michael Moyo International (MMI) is a registered limited liability company that primarily invests in real estate, the capital market and banking - with extensive charity and church support as its corporate social responsibility.

MMI aims to create a resource base through investments, in order to finance its charity and social welfare causes, and also to support the church and other kingdom-based initiatives to advance the kingdom of God.

To realize this broad vision, MMI is divided into three divisions, from which all its subsidiaries are managed:

The Investments Division - being the centerpiece of MMI - creates the financial pool for the company's charity and church support programs. However, to supplement budgetary needs, the company also incorporates external funding.

The general pool of the funds is divided into two categories:

  • Charity & Social Welfare Fund (also known as Charity Finance Trust)
  • Church Support & Development Fund (also known as Church Finance Trust)

The two will eventually be consolidated to form the Ecclesia Bank Limited; a fully-fledged institutional banking establishment under the regulations of the Central Bank of Kenya and the United States Federal Reserve System, and will be tailored on kingdom principles to provide complex financing and advisory functions to church organizations, and also a donor platform to charity entities in developing nations. This will be through the Global Charity Network and the International Church Organization; both of which are trusts under Michael Moyo International, with the company as the key trustee.

The Ecclesia Bank will also offer lending services to governments and corporate bodies, with bonds in the global capital market. It will also form the central financial management system of the Michael Moyo International, and will be key in facilitating asset financing and capital management for the company's Investments Division.

Vision, Mission & Values

VISION: The company's vision is anchored on Isaiah 58:12, which states: “Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise the foundations of many generations, and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach; Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”

Vision Statement: “To create a resource base through investments, from which the needy in society can receive assistance, and also an avenue through which the Church can receive support.”

MISSION: “To be an exemplary real estate and capital market investment outfit through a modern business approach; to uplift the living conditions of the poor through charity and capacity building, and to advance the kingdom of God by supporting and financing the Church.”

CORE VALUES:

  • Stewardship & Accountability
  • Integrity & Excellence
  • Unity of Purpose
  • Faithfulness to God

Divine Mandate

Michael Moyo International has a great divine mandate - as outlined in its vision and mission - and thus, the scriptural references in all its activities; that effectively configures the entire company to God’s eternal plan for this latter generation.

The key focus of the company at present is the establishment of the Kingdom Tower, and the creation of the Ecclesia Bank (to be headquartered at the tower) – in collaboration with both local and international stakeholders. The bank’s main function, according to the drafted framework, is to finance God’s work in this end-time revival – in preparation for the coming of the LORD JESUS.

“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth.”
(Deuteronomy 8:18)

The Investments Division is the centerpiece of the company, and creates the financial pool for the company's charity and church support programs from investment returns.

“He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, and He will pay back what he has given.”
(Proverbs 19:17)

The Charity & Social Welfare Division handles all matters pertaining to charity and communal well-being to uplift the living standards of the poor.

“On this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”
(Matthew 16:18)

The Church Support & Development Division is structured to assist the Body of Christ in various capacities to enhance church growth, advancement and fruitfulness.
