Ecclesia Bank Limited
" 'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' says the Lord of hosts."
(Haggai 2:8)
MMI's Church Finance Trust and the Charity Finance Trust will eventually be consolidated to form the Ecclesia Bank; a fully-fledged institutional banking establishment under the regulations of the Central Bank of Kenya and the United States Federal Reserve System, which will be tailored on kingdom principles to provide complex financing and advisory functions to church organizations, and also a donor platform to charity entities in developing nations.
With the structure already in place, the bank will function with the same framework as the World Bank, with bonds in the global capital market, and lending to corporate bodies and governments. It will also form the central financial management system of the Michael Moyo International and its subsidiaries, and will be key in facilitating asset financing and capital management for the MMI's Investments Division.
This will be a 'reserve bank' for the Kingdom of God - through which God's work will be financed in this end-time revival - in preparation for the coming of the LORD JESUS CHRIST. A great awakening is coming upon the earth, which will precipitate an unprecedented wave of revival - resulting in multitudes turning to the LORD JESUS CHRIST before His imminent return. This latter revival requires immense financing, and is the key purpose for which the Ecclesia Bank is instituted.
"I will give you the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel."
(Isaiah 45:3)

Lending to Governments through Treasury Bonds
"You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow; you shall reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over you."
(Deuteronomy 15:6)
A government bond or sovereign bond is a bond issued by a national government, generally with a promise to pay periodic interest payments called coupon payments and to repay the face value on the maturity date. The aim of a government bond is to support government spending. Government bonds are usually denominated in the country's own currency.
Ecclesia Bank is structured as a lending institution to governments through treasury bonds, mainly the US Government Treasury and the Kenya Government Treasury.

Financing through Trading in Global Bonds
Ecclesia Bank is designed to be a key player in the global bonds market, which will constitute a large portion of its income.
A global bond is a bond that is issued in several countries at the same time. It is typically issued by large multinational corporations or sovereign entities with high credit ratings. By offering the bond to a large number of investors, a global issuance can reduce borrowing costs.
By issuing global bonds, an issuing entity is able to attract funds from a vast set of investors and reduce its cost of borrowing.
Global bonds are issued in different currencies and distributed in the currency of the country where it is issued. These bonds may have a fixed or floating rate with maturities ranging from one to 30 years.
Some global bonds are denominated in the currency of the company's country base; others are denominated in the currency of the country where the bond is issued. Due to the fluctuation of exchange rates, investors typically invest in foreign fixed income that brings in modest returns and fluctuates slightly. Global bonds are seen as a way to diversify a portfolio that is limited to a specific denomination or one particular country's bond, such as a U.S. bond, for example, because this bond will have less correlation to the foreign fixed income bond.
